I’ve never completed a challenge before, but this week I decided to have a go. What am I in for? 600 step ups!!
I really didn’t want to work out today, but I did it anyways. I’m a bit worried about my 5k next weekend. I’ve been sick for 2 weeks and was only able to start exercising again today. Rough. I’m starting pretty slow.
I did manage to get some step-ups in after my run today. Not the 100 that I needed in order to stay on track with the challenge, but I did do 40! That may not seem like much to you, but hey, YOU get out there and do some step ups after running!! It’s not as easy as it looks!
